It was terrific, spotless, and with a nice view. the staff were affable, really friendly, and knew their area. - the hotel was right by 4 shopping malls, the center, and the Centrio Mall.

Clean, great value hotel, its location was particularly good and absolutely perfect and so close to a mall where there is a lot of restaurants to choose from and a big supermarket as well as the Philippines especially that city.

We enjoyed our stay on the club floor especially the excellent and friendly staff, Joven and Anton, at the club lounge!

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located fine hotel in Cagayon de oro Center. The hotel is conveniently situated next to malls and cinemas, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The rooms were clean and spacious, although there was a slight smell of smoke. The hotel also boasts plenty of shops and restaurants on the lower floors, which added to the convenience of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly return in the future.
